This is a milestone.

Rasmussen Reports divides presidential approval into four categories

Strongly Approve
Somewhat Approve
Somewhat Disapprove
Strongly Disapprove


For the first time the total of all the Approve (Strongly and Somewhat) categories now equals the Strongly Disapprove.

Add 22% Strongly Approve and 20% Somewhat Approve those added together now just equals the total of Strongly Disapprove 42%.
