8. What are the immunity terms?
I think a good review of the ground rules and the game plan are in order. One can guess the WH has trimmed down her speechor that she is going to go noble and fragile, apologetic without admission of any wrongdoing, etc. Mainly uninformative.

It appears the WH plan involves playing the stonewalled documentation as THE witness no one can talk to and the humans involved are totally hapless, helpless and forgetful without them.

The nation is at stake. There is a mandatory need for a type of ruthlessness here and kneecapping the Coup games.
