1. Impeachment Does Not Have to Take 18 mo. It can be swift.

If, for example, a president ordered a nuclear strike against an American city, with hopefully, the military refusing to immediately carry out the order, I believe that Congress could impeach in one day and remove shortly after.

The main obstacle to removing Bush is that Cheney would become president immediately. He must be removed first and the Democrats need to be firm in not approving an unacceptable VP before Congress removes Bush
