They only promise to being a withdrawl plan and complete if within about a year, but no promise to withdraw all troops. Hell, they each plan to continue operations against "terrorism" indefinitely -- years!!

Most all the other candidates have committed to get out quickly -- DK, JE, BR, MG ...
