I agree there will be a lot of irrational Hillary-haters if she's the nominee. But I think there will be even more people -- women and open-minded men -- who warm to her as time goes on, just as they have in New York state. And there will be others who vote for her just to spite the crazy Hillary-haters.

Because underneath the Hillary-hate is a lot of good old-fashioned misogyny. And women, and even men, of all ages are sick to death of it.
