Hillary was totally involved in every decision that was made for 8 years! That makes her very knowledgeable and well informed and experienced. (Obama wasn't even into politics and up to snuff about what was going on in those years) BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN EVERYTHING HE VOTED FOR OR DID WAS APPROVED BY HILLARY!
