This is technically true. But he would have voted against it had he been a senator, as opposed to Clinton. Who sent 3941 of our young men and women off to die for a lie.

Simply untrue. He famously voted "nay" on HR 2206, one of the few democrats who did. He will not vote on any funding that doesn't include a withdrawal date.
