And the results are in: Bill Clinton's choreographed outbursts have been a smashing success.

Clinton's antics not only aired discredited and divisive attacks against Barack Obama, they also earned him more media coverage than John Edwards and every Republican running for president last week. The Project for Excellence in Journalism found the former President absolutely dominated last week's news coverage. In a hypothetical head-to-head, Obama would have beaten Hillary Clinton in stories about a single candidate. But Obama actually trailed once the Clintons' coverage is combined:
