It may have been a mistake, but Obama is smart enough to have known that anything that even looks vaguely like it could be a quid pro quo sweetheart land deal should be avoided like the plague, ESPECIALLY for someone with political aspirations.

We may not have heard a lot about it YET, but keep in mind that at one time the Watergate was considered just an apartment building.

*edited to add: I'm certainly not comparing the house thing with Watergate; just saying, we haven't heard the last of this yet, and if Obama is the nominee, expect wall-to-wall coverage from the MSM.
