"Social Security and Medicare deductions are based on a percentage of your income"

If you make under 97k you pay tax on 100% of your income. If you make 500 billion a year, you still only pay on the first 97k. So it is not based on a percentage unless you are one of the little people and that percentage is 100%.

"The ability to afford insurance will be calculated on income levels established by law and decided on the level of income."

You actually trust the same govt that doesn't count food or fuel in determining what the cost of living is to make the decision about whether you can afford healthcare? Amazing.

The ability to pay will be decided by the same corporate lobbyists who gave Hillary hundreds of millions of dollars. Poor people will be forced to pay for something they still can't afford to use because of co-pays and deductables.
