the point I have been trying to make here for weeks. The candidates we chose should fill us with hope.

Otherwise why would we vote for them? We vote so that we can change the status quo. We vote
because we hope we can make a difference with that vote.

That why all the criticism of Obama's message is way past silly. We all want the same thing - for our
country and our lives to be better.

We may disagree on who will be best to take us there, but hope is part of the message of every candidate running for president.
