Whether and to what extent he will be able to retire that debt and repay himself is yet to be seen. I guarantee he will be trying to continue to raise money to do so.
Also, you assume that HRC's campaign has paid back the loan. While they raised enough money to do so, I've not seen any story that indicates that they've actually done so.

Please provide a link if you have evidence that the loan has actually been repaid out of campaign funds rather than that enough has been raised to cover the loan.
