11. if a primary fight is good for Dems, does that apply to the GOP?
I dunno. The dems have never been an organized party. Unfortunately, that continues to this day.

The GOP was over-organized, at least for the past 20 yrs. This shows the last throes that the GOP is entering, and unlike, as it were, if I may, it being some cheneyesque statement of falsehood and spin, I think it is accurate. The GOP, the neocon, anti-worker, anti-environment, anti-fairness, and anti-idiotic war party is in intensive care, and there is no hope of a transplant or transfusion. Not enough war-mongering, greedy, vampire blood is stored in stock anyway.

Remember the real GOP. The party of Lincoln. The party that passed SALT 1&2. The EPA. Social Security fixes. VA funding. opening up China. Clean water act. Clean air act. Endangered Species Act. Hell, that was the GOP platform under Nixon. Of course, today, Nixon would have been tossed from the party, and traded for two Reagans, a John Bolton, and three effin asshole PNACer AIPAC clones to be named later. Today's progressives and liberals have more in common with Nixon of the 60s than some of our DLCers. sad to say, but true.
