The amount of hate-talk on the internet for the clintons was amazing. Even the "libertarian" / "conspiracy" people on the internet saw the Clintons as their justifications for every New World Order conspiracy they ever dreamed of (see Alex Jones in the 90s).

For some progressives, "hate" is a strong term. See Amy Goodman's interview with Bill when he was leaving office as some of the reasons we were not happy after eight Clinton years. Some of us weren't happy, and we felt progressive values were not represented at all in the media or in the national discourse, thus some of us felt nader was a god send.

I would not lump Obama supporters with Clinton "haters" tough...that it is a stretch.
