8. Jim Webb or Ted Strickland
The former an Obama supporter, the latter for Clinton. Either one would be good because they could help carry the vote of some crucial states, Virginia and Ohio.

If the nominee is Clinton I'd go with Webb and if Obama I'd go wih Strickland. Such a choice might heal the rift between the two camps.
