It specifically outlined what it thought was going to be grist in the right wing attack machine against Obama and provided the example you quote as an example of the unsubstantiated attack that we should be ready to denounce. It even outlines that the charges are based on a forgery.

He will be subjected to the same ruthless treatment as the last Democratic nominee. Let’s hope he is better armored to withstand incoming fire.
