Agent Phoenix Star is receiving instructions from Head Star instructing her to find and nuetralize washington lobbyist, Vicki Iseman. Orders were later retracted.

In a humorous sidestory to Agent Phoenix Star her supperior officers came to pick her up for a refitting of her x ray optical units and were given a wrong address. While agent Phoenix Star was at the Watergate Complex in Washington, her foreign masters went to the water fountain at the Bate Complex in Phoenix.
