36. fair or unfair, most people will not see her as doing "great"

today, I don't think. They'll view her as a virago. People are keenly aware of tone even more than the meaning of actual words. She came off as mean spirited and angry. Sorry, people do NOT go for angry. If she could have delivered her message in a more measured and dignified way, it could have been effective.
