35. I imagine a Boiler Room full of PC's and little 007 Wannabe's
composing reams of BS, little essays on whatever their latest little game is... "why I switched" or the BS du jour.

What a life, eh?

Man hours are cheap in America. To dedicate ALL this human energy to the end of having a negligible little impact on some obscure website.

It's like fishing. They dangle out the bait... and I've noticed this, Frenchie, or anyone... If they get fronted OFF immediately... they stop posting and the thread sinks.

If they get a couple of people that are willing to talk to them like they're not charlatans... they wax all sincere and engage... thread waving down the page with back and forth.

I'm embarrassed for them I think.

Workin for the man, like that... no pride. Just ho'in for chump change. It's sad.

Yesterday I thought about attempting an intervention... even gave them some reading material... gave up some facts.

I had a friend... 3 stretches in Texas penitentiaries...never had a job until he was 40 years old... when he got clean he dedicated his life to doing interventions... for kids in school before they get sucked into gangs. He had a van... would cruise with a Social Worker... picking up prostitutes and offering them rehab and job training.

I just can't imagine... some of these people are pretty smart... ending up "ho'in'" like that.

It's just sad.
