I think that my first clue that things were changing was during the late 90’s when some republicans in congress insisted that the dimensions and curvature of President Clinton’s penis be entered into the Congressional Record.

I guess I can understand entering the dimensions, but the curvature? That would be hard to express without using complex mathematical terms....which would diminish the normally erotic nature of the congressional record.


I am curious about exactly how they obtained the info, I don't remember anything about the curvature in any of clintons campaign literature.

I mean really! ...Wouldn't that kind of detail be better suited for the Presidential portrait....maybe a Presidential pop-up book.
