As has been said many times in this forum, some caucus states did not count votes. They only counted delegates. So we will never know what the vote totals were from those states. So therefore it will be impossible to know how many votes either candidate really got. So based upon that fact, how could there be a legitimate debate over who won the nomination based upon popular votes when we don't know what the popular vote totals are?

There should be no debate over who won. It's whoever gets the most delegates and that will almost certainly be Obama.
