19. Yep! I agree....

That and Beavercreek. They over built all those big housing platts out in Bevercreek and built it right out of the water and sewage capabilities.
They have now hooked up into Dayton's water to get them through it till they can build their own water plants.
I live in Dayton proper in an historical landmarked neighborhood named.... Get This.... South park LOL!!!!
I really do love the older house's much better then the new houses.
Miamis burg has alot of beautiful older houses.
