are handed to the supervisor who is a paid staffer.

The staffer goes through and anything that might be seen as valuable is walked out of the room over to the appropriate staff person for immediate action.

Important messages get through but in very few cases will you get a response.

We were able to finally get a response on TVOR 'finding of 2 delegates' in Mississippi.

In calling back and talking to the supervisor I could tell that the messages were read and understood and that action was being taken but they are not going to get bogged down with a lot of crazy phone calls or emails from excited supporters.
