They set the electronic voting system up, with its proprietary software and lack of auditable paper trails.

I don't think they can push more ACORN cases. They tried and had to fire the DOJ attorneys who refused to take on cases with so little evidence. So they did the PR storm to generate doubt. But who knows, perhaps by now they have enough compliant new attorneys from Liberty University on board.

But they know there are no paper trails on the electronic voting. So far only vote flips from Obama to McCain have been observed. If we start hearing about flipping from McCain to Obama then that may be a clue that they want to use that angle. Let's be sure to get them to film any machines that flip R to D, and quarantine some of those.

That's why I am more nervous this time. More election fraud news has been broadcast this time and more people are aware of it. I had hoped that would curb Republicans from using their full toolkit of voter suppression and election manipulation. But it could just mean that Republican corporate media is covering the news because Republicans plan to use that angle to steal the next election too.

Using election fraud claims as a cover to steal another election sounds totally crazy. But then look what they achieved in election 2000. With their "spontaneous citizens' riot" in Florida (made up of Republican staffers from Washington) to stop the recount. And friends on the Supreme Court who want to bring more conservatives onto the court.

My only hope is that Republican powers that be will call off half their dirty tricks to let us have an Obama administration because they need Democrats to clean up the economy and push the country into alternative energy development quickly to stave off climate emergencies.
