While Guam does not have any electoral votes they do have an advisory referendum. In 2004 Bush carried Guam by nearly 2-1, for no actual effect.

Also, I voted this morning. (Worcester, MA Ward 1-1) We have paper ballots, machine scanned, which can be very fast. Usually there is no line. One day, many years ago, there were actually five people in line in front of me. Today... Continued below fold
