18. Normally I'm not super critical of fellow mothers
except in the case of obvious abuse or neglect. This is because I'm a mom and I know how hard the job is.

HOWEVER, I do have to say, I have noticed the exact same thing everyone is describing here. It really struck me tonight, when they were showing back to back clips of her on some news channel. Anytime she had the baby, she held him more like an item than an infant. I've never seen her hold him close to her face. I've never seen her look at him the way I've seen mothers look at their babies. And that child isn't big enought to tote him around--I watched her tonight carry him on the tarmac (the youngest daughter) and he's almost too big for her to carry easily. His head was swinging all around and he barely fit in her arms.

It does remind me a lot of how Britney Spears carried her babies back when she had custody of them.

And given all the other ugly stuff we've learned about her personality, I find myself even more feeling sorry for her kids. No wonder the oldest one went off to Iraq.
