Keep in mind, Nancy's husband is one of those dead presidents. It was funny when first said, off the cuff, and no big deal. But in retrospect, Ronald Reagan is dead. Her husband. So just not good in the end.

Also, she recently fell and broke her hip (Like his grandma) and is said to be in poor health.
