24. First would be media conglamoration... breaking up the monopolies.....
Something like breaking up this General Electric NBC/MSNBC/CNBC/Newsweek/WAPO type of conflicted ownership that allows these various outlet to attributed various items to each other as sources.
Not any better is CNN/Times Magazine and their cousin Disney/ABC who basically do what General Electric does with its chain of news outlets....and on and on.

Once that is done via a retooled FCC (which I know for a fact, Obama will be revamping)....

IN addition, Obama will do as he promised via infrastructure work started in laying broadband lines throughout the US, which would be helpful in allowing more people to have access to the Internet (those that need it the most are in Red Counties who voted for McCain cause all they had was Television for information).

Lastly, a complete reworking of Public financing would have to come first....followed by introducing a modernized Fairness Doctrine that includes cable television and radio and is tailored for the current times.

Lastly but not least, the election situation and how we vote.
