It could be that your expectations are simply unrealistic.

DU is a damned big tent, with room for lots of dissenting opinions and yes, there are pools of people on both sides of any given issue or personality.

If you're able to paint DU members with so broad a brush that you can seriously write something like this:

"DUers think that Obama is so weak he can't handle his SoS."

then it could be that you'd be happier with a more homogeneous discussion forum.

Or not. But it seems pretty silly to be a member of such a large board and then when you read posts, or series of posts, that don't match your expectations to act surprised.

I, for one, appreciate the diversity of opinion here and would be utterly bored if there was too much fucking unity and agreement.
