19. Great pic--I want that guy to be my Prez right now.
Everything he says and does is more Presidential than the Blivet and has more gravitas than the Blivet. Barack Obama is already exerting his influence for the good of the nation.

Agh--yet here on DU we have a thread with hundreds of entries that starts with the OP proclaiming that he has Lost All Faith in Obama and that His Faith Has Been Shattered. Spare me.

He hasn't been sworn in. None of his appointments has been confirmed by Congress yet. He has no official powers. Yet because he has not already fulfilled some left-wing or progressive fantasy, there are people here who feel "shattered."

I really trust Barack Obama's judgment. Eventually he'll do something that will disappointment me, but right now I'm in my honeymoon phase and loving it. Stay safe, President Barack Hussein Obama.
