encouraged division within the ranks of Democrats for a whole year, ProSense. When I try to point out an attack that is being leveled at a fellow Democrat so that we can present a united front, you want to shut me down. There are a group of people in this country who prosper when Democrats are divided and conquered.

Democrats need to denounce the Grand Jury leaks in this latest case, because this is the weakest assault that the Bush DOJ will make. Everyone likes and trusts Richardson. Everyone knows that the attorney who replaced Inglesias is one of Rove's minions. There was no compelling reason to take the case to the Grand Jury now. The leak is criminal. The press is giving this one only light coverage, because they know that on its own, Dems can destroy it---and they can use the case to attack the politicized Bush DOJ. So, they are giving it just enough coverage that the nation's Republicans can include it in their creepy posts about how Obama has already had more scandals than Bush had in 8 years.

When the next investigation/indictment is brought, it will be too late to come back and say "But number two was clearly bullshit!" The press will talk about three investigations. The time to publicize this stupid case is now.

This one makes the DOJ look bad. Why do Dems feel the need to hide their heads in shame? Go on the offensive. People at DU have been criticizing Congress for not having the balls to impeach Bush or end the war. Do we lack the balls to attack the press for its biased coverage of this bullshit investigation?
