I love the expression "ringing in the ear" it should be fucking freight train in the brain. lol

Others will not understand what you are talking about. I do.

I am sorry about the impact that it had on your composing career. I can play the radio but not that well so I can only imagine the impact that it had.

The isolation, short temper, excruciating nights, asking people to repeat themselves, the cacophony of public places.
