There's no reason why he should refuse to accept advertisements, and no reason why he should not talk about the best treatments available. Your paranoia is not a valid reason for him to withhold information that would improve the public-health.

Frankly, the fact that your best argument against Dr. Gupta is that he promotes a drug that has been repeatedly found extraordinarily safe and effective is not exactly a mark against him.
