I'm in California, but my folks spent their retirement years between Tucson and here. My brother, who coincidentally is on the road right now heading to Phoenix, lived in the Phoenix area for 9 years, and came to hate it for a variety of reasons. And he's not even a liberal. Such a shame, it's sucyh a beautiful place.

So, I can't drive past the place. I would be extra cautious about what I did and said for a while, given the new freedom they have given themselves under the Patriot Act.
