3. Both Castros lack "gravitas"
I don't consider either an intellectual. They're good public servants but neither has a promising future statewide. Not that they won't run for state office. But neither is a Henry Cisneros by any stretch, academically or intellectually. Neither has any charisma. Neither will hold a statewide office.
