I won't say you can't hold petitions. Hell maybe one day I might want to hold a petition. But you can GET THEM INTERESTED and ACTIVE to INVESTIGATE COMPLAINTS LOCALLY.

I PREDICT, that ONLY AFTER the 2006 ELECTION is E2FSCK'd THEN WILL ELECTRICITY BE REMOVED.


Sad that the USA need major catastrophy every god damned time, before change is made.
