the 5979/5981 effect has no direct correlation to the Turnout being 78% versus Kathy's predicted 72%, so you are correct, I am mincing theories here, sorry.. I have not shared all the data I have to suggest the turnout is wrong on this particular thread.....

I have other evidence and work to suggest the turnout number was cooked but have not scanned that in nor ready to discuss yet at this moment. The only thing I will point out is just how many counties landed on that magical 78% turnout number which again suggests that the machines seemd to just spit out the same numbers..
