These ballots are required by law to be kept for two years. If they have since been destroyed, you might be able to turn the dupe on the Clearmont County BOE who was ordered to pitch them, under threat of criminal prosecution.

If they haven't been destroyed and had the stickers removed, then run them thru the tabulators again for God's sake. A different result will follow.

If per chance, the stickers are still on, then Judge Carr (USDC Toledo) needs to inspect the whole kitten caboodle.
