...the actual provisioinal ballot list is on the left - see the red link titled "PROVISIONAL BALLOTS CAST BY COUNTY>" - I think what we're seeing there are the certified totals of the counties that have reported in.

Note that the total of ballots on that page is 135,000... but that there are counties missing (like Mahoning, very important county). So we really don't know how many provisional ballots there are - is there an an accurate, reliable count somewhere? I doubt it.

Edit - geez, Summit and Darke counties are missing too... both counties had problems...
