36. Ok, here it goes
Look at the old totals. (CNN link or USA Today link)

You see Adams county's totals. Notice that these are without the provisionals being added.

Now look at the new totals that have been updated with provisionals. (Ohio website link)

Notice that they are different from the old totals. If you subtract the new totals (ones with the provisionals) by the old totals (ones without the provisionals) you get the number of votes added to the candidates.

Now compare that number (Adams is 264) with the number of provisional ballots cast (the other link - Adams is 184). You will notice that more votes were added to the candidates than there were provisional ballots cast.

Now, what does this mean?

SMOKE!!! There may be a fire!

In other words, the computer that takes the number of votes is fudging the numbers to what it was told to give to either candidate. That causes more votes for a candidate than there were provisional ballots cast
