5. On the one hand, it's true.
In addition to working deep into counts and seemingly endless pitching changes, they step out too much, and the pitchers look in forever. I'd like to see umpires do what they can to move the pace along, and there are rules in place to move play along that are not often enforced.

On the other hand, this should be something the league addresses, not the umpires. Impartial officials should not be publicly commenting on this sort of stuff.
