Other than people planting it there, is it found in the wild, in the forests, anywhere in the world growing wild?

Here in the U.S., there is this thing called the Endangered Species Act. It's an angle anyhow. If Bush can steal an election with laws currently on the books, then why not get marijuana declared an endangered species of plant in the wild and work around these silly prohibition laws that way?
