28. Did I say I did?
I wasn't aware I had to fuly understand a person's emotional state in order to evaluate the rationality of a statement. Would you care to explain to me exactly how it is necessary for me to have a full and complete understanding of the emotions of the gay community before the statement I made (which if you will pay extra close attention made no attempt to analyze the emotions of the gay community) would be considered valid?

I presented a very simple and straightforward observation. Disagreement with some people, over a single isolated incident, cannot be equated with a total lack of support for those people in general. Saying that because there are people here who do not see the same problem with the Warren invocation as you do means they don't support gays at all is, frankly, a bloody ridiculous thing to say. If he had posted "all people who eat hot dogs like watching the clowns at the circus" or "2+2 is banana" I would have been equally capable of finding fault with his statement without ever once needed to accurately psychoanalyze his emotional state.
