6. It's all I can do to dump a little apple juice into a blender

dump in some soy protein, throw in a banana (if I have one) and remember to put the lid on before I hit the switch.

Did I mention that I'm NOT a morning person? Did I mention that I'm struggling with getting used to being awake during the day after working 12 hour night shifts for 18 years?
