It's a Zipit it's sold as a wireless chat device for teens. The cool part is it's got a Linux kernel and is totally hackable. I messed it up though trying to install someone's homebrew OS. I got it to boot to a penguin with a beak mask screen but that's as far as it goes. Those only way I can restore it now is to crack it open and flash it using wires and solder and clamps and stuff that I'm too lazy to do right now.
