Hello, CP. Your worrying continues the pain via a mental tape loop. Like anything else, it's important to assess the basics. Have you been checked out by your doctor to make sure that you're not suffering the affects of an illness? Are you eating a balanced diet? Getting enough sleep? Job and home secure? You say your relationships are undependable. Regrets that the people you call your friends aren't strong enough to deal with what you're going through. That's a sign to surrender it up to your favorite saints or deities to deal with; that'll help a lot. You can't do that too often.


As far as the rest goes, I can feel some kind of armoring in the areas you mentioned though I can't tell how much of it is because you worry and aren't releasing enough.
