The first one I was ever in. I was in my twenties and well into my "critical and skeptical" phase when it came to religion. It was all a very serious occasion there, standing in the first row of the Roman Catholic temple with the candles burning and the Wurlitzer wurlitzing. Incense aroma therapy set the mood. The wedding was a wedding mass and the first time Father did a "sign of the cross" to the crowd, damn it anyway, my right arm shot up and fired one off in return. I felt embarrassed. Hope my mother didn't see that.
