32. If people DO spend a whole week in Cooperstown
it's the week BEFORE induction, not the week AFTER.

And this IS the week AFTER, right?

Besides which, for some baseball fans C'town is no doubt the mecca they have a chance to visit once in their lifetimes, so of course they go for a week. Something tells me this is not quite the story with KO. Something tells me he already knows C'town like the back of his hand...I mean, I can see him going there every HOF weekend, but not necessarily for a week each time, unless there is some kind of card-trading event or something he wants to be there for. It's not as if this is his one big once-in-a-lifetime chance to go...the man has lived in New York state for much of his life, he went as a kid, he's no doubt gone countless times since...when he goes, surely it's for a) the HOF inductions and b) special events. Otherwise, C'town really isn't that big and there's not that much to see. There's the HOF and there's a ton of little shops, most of which sell baseball stuff. Some of which is valuable and some of which is the usual kitsch.

I can see if he were Joe Schmoe the Baseball Fanatic from Redding, Calif., who had never been there before, he'd save up all his money to go spend a big vacation week there...even after the ceremonies...but KO? Nah. Can't see it.
