7. Not all colon surgery requires a bag. I had part of mine
removed (noncancerous)and do not have one. I thought that he looked very different than I remember seeing him some years ago. That explains it.

Colon cancer is so dangerous because it can spread to other organs quickly and may not actually harm the colon very much. My friend died a year and a half ago because hers had spread to her liver.

For all those reading this, if you're 50 or older, get a colonoscopy to save your life possibly from this dreaded disease. My father died of it also in '60.
