If I'm a Senator with a beard, and I shave my beard, he's SUPPOSED TO RECOGNIZE ME?

That, my friend, is the absolute stupidest notion I've ever heard.

Since everyone is source happy, would you have a link proving what is, and what isn't in his job description? And whether or not it's limited to MEMBERS OF CONGRESS and doesn't extend to those other people who enter and exit; like cabinet members?
